Bio: I am a mostly self taught artist who has lived and worked in the Dayton area most of my life. I have shown work in galleries around Ohio, Indiana, Denver and Chicago. I have been chosen on multiple occasions to create murals for festivals all over the Midwest. I specialize in acrylic painting but also dabble in sculpture work, fiber arts, and digital art.
Artist Statement: My creative endeavor revolves around the exploration of sensory perception and the boundaries of reality. Through my art, I strive to evoke a state of hallucination without the use of drugs, inviting viewers to embark on a journey of visual transcendence. By employing various mediums and techniques, I aim to challenge conventional notions of perception and awaken a heightened sense of awareness within the observer. Each piece serves as a portal to an alternate reality, where the mind is free to roam and imagination knows no bounds.
