Art....my rediscovered passion. I started college as an art major but switched to marketing graduating with a B.S. I have spent the my life in retail in one form or another, 26.5 years spent at The Home Depot with the last 18 years as a flooring specialist.
As an artist I have recently received 1st place recognition in The Dayton Society of Artists Peace Accords Show. I also was given a Judges Merit Award by fellow members of The Fairborn Art Association's members juried show.
As a retired individual and after dabbling all my life in art, I have rediscovered my passion. With some research I have discovered Fluid/Liquid Acrylic Art. I am fascinated by the techniques and the beauty that happens when adding only a few colors to the canvas and then manipulating them in their liquid form.
