Layering these colors on top of each other until the final image emerges. Each stroke is placed with intention, even when a piece can look unfinished to the viewer . Aiming to create a harmony of layers and colors that scratch your brain just right.Â
Aniya Lyons' current work explores biodiversity and divine purpose in nature; placing an emphasis on vibrant colors in a bold perfectly unfinished style. She seeks to look beneath the surface on a scientific level to understand why things were created, what their role is in the grand scheme of nature, and the sacred intent of why they were created.
